Minutes of Meeting July 22, 2015, 4PM
Field review at 58 Bear Hill Rd, Chichester
Present: Bob Mann, Zack Boyajian, Frank Harrison, Maryanne Hromis, Jim Plunkett
The property on the south side of Bear Hill Rd. opposite 58 Bear Hill Rd. was reviewed for potential conservation easement acquisition by the Town. The approximately 89 acres proposed for the easement is predominantly softwoods of intermediate age on interspersed wetland and upland areas. Boundaries were previously surveyed in conjunction with a n NRCS management plan which currently applies to the property. Boundary corner monuments were located to the extent possible on the north side of the inundated wetland. No action was taken as this item will be discussed at the August 13, 2015 monthly meeting.
